How to work off your thanksgiving feast!

So did you eat way too much food for Thanksgiving?  All the turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes, Pumpkins pies, etc. can add up in the calorie department.  So now your sitting on the couch and not able to move from eating way to much, so what do you do tomorrow to burn off the calories?  Well here are a few things you can do: spin class, shopping, weights exercise with cardio movements.  An hour of spin class will burn anywhere 800-1000 calories, which will help with all the food you ate for Thanksgiving.  Shopping will burn approximately 325 calories in an hour and a half.  Weight lifting will burn about 200 calories an hour and if you add in cardio movements such as mountain climbers, body builders, and burpees you will boost your calories burned.

Whatever you decide to do tomorrow just get up and move around.  Good luck and keep coming back for more:)

    I didn’t know I could burn so many calories shopping! This is good info to help me burn off all those extra calories. Be sure to post another one of these holiday blogs for Christmas!!

    I wish could stay motivated all the time to watch what i eat . But the goodies always win. what should I do to not always be the looser at this battle?

    The trick to not over eating on any given holiday is to wear your tight clothes.
